Refund Policy for BBA Admission

At BBA Admission, we strive to provide the best study abroad consulting experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable.
1. Free Services (No Refund)
The following services are provided free of charge and are not eligible for any refund:
- Initial counselling consultation (first session)
- University information and brochure requests
- Website content, blog articles, and guides
2. Full Refund (100%)
A full refund will be processed if:
- Services have not yet commenced and you request cancellation in writing within 7 days of payment
- We are unable to provide the agreed-upon service due to reasons on our end
- The specific university programme is cancelled or discontinued by the university before your application is submitted
3. Partial Refund (50%)
A 50% refund may be considered if:
- Cancellation is requested in writing within 15 days of payment, and some preliminary work has begun
- You withdraw from services due to documented medical emergencies (supported by a medical certificate)
4. No Refund
No refund will be provided in the following cases:
- Cancellation is requested more than 15 days after payment
- University applications have already been submitted on your behalf
- Visa application has been filed on your behalf
- Rejection of admission by a university
- Visa refusal (however, we offer free re-application guidance — see Section 7)
- You provided false, misleading, or incomplete information
- You fail to respond to communications for 30 consecutive days
5. IELTS / PTE Coaching Refunds
- Full refund if cancelled before the batch starts
- No refund after the batch has commenced
- If a batch is cancelled by us, full refund or free transfer to the next batch
6. Refund Process
- Submit a written refund request via email to refund@bbaadmission.co.in
- Our team will review your request within 7 working days
- Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 15 working days
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method
7. Visa Refusal Support
If your visa is refused:
- We provide free analysis of the refusal reasons
- We assist with re-application preparation at no additional service fee
- This applies to one re-application per visa refusal
