These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.bbaadmission.co.in and the study abroad consulting services provided by BBA Admission ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Description
BBA Admission provides educational consulting services including but not limited to:
- University and course selection guidance
- Application assistance and documentation support
- Visa processing guidance and mock interview preparation
- IELTS/PTE coaching
- Scholarship identification and application support
- Accommodation and pre-departure assistance
We act as an intermediary between students and educational institutions. We do not guarantee admission to any university, issuance of any visa, or award of any scholarship.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
3. Counselling and Consultations
- Initial counselling sessions are provided free of charge and are subject to availability
- Free counselling is limited to one session per student
- Recommendations provided are advisory in nature and do not constitute a guarantee
- You are responsible for verifying all information about universities, courses, fees, and immigration policies
4. Service Fees
- Specific service fees will be communicated to you before engagement
- Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, except as outlined in our Refund Policy
- We reserve the right to revise our fees with 30 days prior notice
- Payment must be made as per the agreed schedule
5. Student Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all applications and documents
- Respond to communications from our team in a timely manner
- Meet all deadlines communicated to you
- Inform us immediately of any changes to your contact information or plans
- Not misrepresent any information to universities or visa authorities
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Search Education and is protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for decisions made by universities, visa offices, or scholarship bodies
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
